At Negmen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policies below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your returned item.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. You may be asked to provide photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the defective item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Custom or personalized photo frames.
Items purchased during clearance or sale.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 7. Exchanges
